The recipe works with chicken thighs on the bone and hindquarters , too.
I made this once exactly as the recipe states except I cut the salt in half.
We love this meal and have fun trying different variations.
I am seldom impressed with what I made in a slow cooker as it always kind of the same consistency to me just meh.
The outer crust is absolutely delicious and crunchy.
But that doesn't mean we can't still enjoy a plate stacked with chicken legs! Could just be because it turned out so different than most things.
