The trick is making it as thin as possible.
Will make it again and again! You could try adding in some flavourings, such as crushed garlic and chopped coriander to make them extra special.
I often make them alongside my favourite.
The reason I like using a cast iron skillet is that it is thicker and better at retaining heat than the average skillet, making it easier to control the temperature.
I keep them in the freezer and pull them as needed.
