We were warmly greeted by the staff and the check-in was done swiftly without much hassle.
It is quite clear that the hotel management didn't audit the quality of the hotel rooms and bathrooms during low occupancy period.
We had to interrupt a walking staff with a trolley and asked her for assistance with the trolley.
The Pines Melaka
We appreciate the feedback and will make an improvement in the near future.
The bed was King size, but they only had Queen size linen left.
