The WHO prioritises fair access to vaccines for all populations around the world and recommends priority be given to high-risk groups, with the motto: "No one is safe until everyone is safe".

The SDMC chairman said the AZ vaccine will be supplied to Sarawak with the coordination of the National CITF and will be offered to the eligible population in the state.
